The Ay Illuminate Bamboo Collection brings together Scandinavian design sensibility and traditional Asian craftsmanship through a distinctive language of natural materials and sculptural form. Designed by Ay Lin Heinen and Nelson Sepulveda, the collection transforms bamboo into expressive, lightweight luminaires, handcrafted in collaboration with skilled local artisans.

The finely structured bamboo frames give each pendant an airy architectural presence, while allowing light to filter through and cast delicate patterns across surrounding surfaces. As each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in texture and construction give every luminaire its own character.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times are affected by stock availability, shipping method and destination country.
Approximate delivery time for items in stock is 1-14 days, for non-stock items: 5-90 days.
We will be pleased to inform you about the delivery time of your desired article on request. Just send us an email at info@luminesy.com.

Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer. For each item, you can find the estimated delivery time on its product page. Please note that these timelines are provided by our suppliers and are only estimates. While we always aim to meet them, Luminesy cannot be held responsible for delays or any costs that may result from such delays.

When you receive your order, please check it immediately for any damage and report it back to us within 48 hours, so in the unlikely case it has been damaged during shipping, we can claim compensation and send you a replacement.

For some particularly large or bulky items that exceed regular shipping size limits, the precise shipping cost can be harder to estimate in advance. These orders are shipped with a special carrier, depending on the destination. If we notice that the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the initially estimated cost shown at checkout, we may need to ask for an additional fee. In such cases, we will contact you directly, and you will have the option to accept the additional cost or we will cancel the order.
